It mainly involves implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network. CCNP Voice mainly focuses on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly Unified CallManager), quality of service (QoS), IP phones, gateways, voice applications, gatekeepers, and utilities on Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches. CCNP Voice now covers integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications, especially Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Presence applications.
